Things I tell myself 9.30.13

I didn’t feel like running to work today.  Didn’t feel like running home and didn’t feel like running with my training group today.   But then.. I remembered something I read and it made all the difference.

When doing Ultra Marathons, by running when you don’t feel like it during your training, you are also training yourself to run when you don’t feel like it – in the race.
