New Years has come and gone and, if you’re like me, you either made a firm resolution or you have a few vague resolutions (or both). I’m more of the latter but, then again, I’m in print with my core-workout goals. Still vague, but it’s out there.
But if you’re like me, you might be a little worried that, even though right now you’re comfortable with that workout being tomorrow or Thursday or whenever, when the time actually comes to do the workout, you’ll wiggle out of it – just like you always do.
If you’re like me, you’ll keep working on it even after horrible miserable failures.
